This was the way I was taught to do this song (by a Deaf teacher may i add) however; since that time I have learned a more correct (ASL) way to sign it...(by one of the best song interpreters in the area). Remember this was while i was in college taking classes and still in the learning stage. I will be removing this version and replacing it soon with a more updated version.
I dont believe she did it "wrong" in ASL english words can be interpreted many different ways the point is to convey the message as its given and I believe she did a great job... you dont interpret things like this in word for word english it takes knowledge of ASL to use the correct word choices to describe what they are actually talking about so Deaf can understand .
