I understand where you're coming from, but unfortunately you are playing right in to their legal argument! Plane and simple, is that Arizonas new law does not alow racial profilling! One must first get caught up with the cops for some other reason, and then they ask for an ID, like they do all in all stops! If they can't prove who they say they are then they get detained untill it gets sorted out! Durring that process if they find they are here illegally, then they deport them!
