@JouanOne for a sled thats almost 700 pounds with no suspension and set up to not wheelie on purpose because its a lake sled, yeah ill call that a wheelie
@Jam3zzz while being semi correct, that sled is a heavy straight line sled, but with proper traction and skid set up they will "wheelie"your basically hittin a couple small pressure ridges,a wheelie is from a dead stop or a rolling smash the throttle and pull into a wheelie,or after hitting the "jump"keeping it smashed and riding a wheelie out, looks that polaris pulled her up nice, your faster in a straight line(dragrace)not pulling big "wheelies"no pun intended here nice sled bud
@TheBrant81 i can make the sled hook up and flip froma dead stop if i wanted to set up my suspension that way but the sled is built to be a lake runner. limiter straps as tight as can be suspension in the lowest spots and the lowest tension on the springs as well. the polaris was being clutched at the time, engaged at 5500 rpm with a 220lb rider on it
this a killer sled..! and why i like this vid so mutch, is how mint this t-cat is in.!!! (ITS MINT) 1993 - 1994 t cats are hard to find..!! that nice !! ( in the north east) The elkohlm skis are a plus.. i had a pair back in the day..sweet .. it was better then the metal ones. But its heavy.. more a lake runner then anything else.. but still an awsome sled !!!
@Jam3zzz Or a 2008 arcticat 1000cc 2 stroke, lightened 50 lbs, with a 140lbs rider , 1/12 inch track a can and high performance reeds, clocked a 128 mph on the ice. And yes i will post videos if you don't believe me, only problem is it's the middle of summer. I'am not bragging or trying to start a fight because i'am not stupid like some of these other people. Nice Snowmobile.
this was a fast sled back in the day..But what i give this vid props is how mint this t cat is.. well i dont see many of ( 1994 or 1993) t cats and never like this.. Kudos! but it is heavy.. and a lake runner..
big deal. The guy on the Polaris pulls off the best wheelie! Besides who cares about doing wheelie on a sled. All i need it the front end to stay low with the ski's just off the snow to keep aerodynamics in play. wheelies are useless.
@chaiko64 the indy 650 is clutched and geared to hammer off the line and it engages at 5000. this sled is all original, never been touched. its setup so that it does not wheelie, its a lake runner. wheelies are fun by the way
@quincee33 the only other sleds that would of been close would be the polaris storm and the vmax 4, but the vmax 4 was still a 750 in 94 and the polaris storm had alot of problems in 93 and 94, but they were still fast sleds
@chaiko64 the indy 650 is clutched and geared to hammer off the line and it engages at 5000. this sled is all original, never been touched. its setup so that it does not wheelie, its a lake runner. wheelies are fun by the way
this is tru EARNPORN, tripples the sound of defeat.. i'm gonna buy one of theese of a friend this christmas, but the cat is rolled twice, so i'm just gonna use the engine in something, any ideas?? any lightweight snowmobile?
@plazzax 97 -99 zr440 chassis. or if you can get an old leaf spring exciter 440 chassis from the 70s. that would be intense. srx 440 chassis would be cool but they are hard to come by and usually expensive
yeah i was thinking of an small veteran-like snowmobile, i got a xlt engine with pipes, and a polaris iqr 440 with a wasted engine, so i'm thinkin of building a polaris iq xlt, and then later the dragsled with the 900 triple
@Ylleboll thanks man, ive been working on the sled for the past couple months now, completely redid the motor and got a bunch of work done to it, should be just under 200hp now
rider is either young, old or scared...

I'd have to rate this as one of the gayest sled vids on YT.
