Awesome song, also very well performed live. And to keep up the emo/screamo shit, I actually like some of it. And yes indeed, listening to emo shit doesn't automatically make you one. The headliner was Reel Big Fish. I saw them in Cincinnati last night and they were FUCKING AMAZING!! I was like 6 feet away from the band...if that!! It was the third time in a row ive seen em.
yeah well Less Than Jake is conveniently going to Japan while the Reel Big Fish, Streetlight Manifesto, Less Than Jake, Against All Authority tour comes through Texas, so I don't get to see them.

Their home base is Gainsville, but it's not as well known that Tampa area really is their birthplace. Chris still lives here, in Seminole I think.

Cursing is getting the crowd going... They're obviously doing something right... They're enjoying themselves, so are the crowd, so are people watching this video.

Lol, I beg to differ, there are in fact numerous occasions when cursing is used for things that warrant it. Exciting a concert full of rebelious punkers might just be one of those occasions. The headliner was Reel Big Fish. I saw them in Cincinnati last night and they were FUCKING AMAZING!! I was like 6 feet away from the band...if that!! It was the third time in a row ive seen em.

This was 2006 (a gig I was at) and LTJ were headlining, I'd have loved it if RBF were, or at least playing but, alas, they weren't.

The LTJ we know today formed in Gainsville, but Chris and a mix of other guys started Less Than Jake as a local band here in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. They grew up going to shows at Jannus Landing and other local venues. The song Suburban Myth was actually written about real places in St. Pete, including "where we played our first show." Their home base is Gainsville, but it's not as well known that Tampa area really is their birthplace. Chris still lives here, in Seminole I think.

These guys put on awesome shows, and they're really cool guys. They have great music AND they're hilarious! I live in Tampa, where they were from originally. I've seen them live 4 times, and they're playing here twice next February. Can't wait!
