The reason people don't add "english" to the description is because the scene is ORIGINALLY in English. So it wouldn't make any sense to say that it has been translated. However when a scene is translated to another language, such as this one, then it makes sense for the uploader to specify what language it's been translated to.
Either way, there is no need to be rude and go about insulting people.
The only thing he should apologize for is his rude answer. Other than that I firmly believe anyone has a right to upload whatever they want, however they want, regardless of what anyone else may say or think.
