Technically if you want the best road racing setup. The Datsun 510 offers an almost 50/50 ratio with a SR20 motor. Also the problem with a AE86 is that it will cost a fortune to make any kind of power through that 4AGE. Mid-Atlantic series motors rev to almost 11k through special bearings made by clevite (good luck finding them) and even then, its not even worth it. Newer technology offered in 4G63s and SR20s outclass these motors easily.

as explained in the next episode and by the guy that owns spoon in some japanese shows, its FMR so it has 50/50 and it has an F20C. and it looks hella sexy. but they're pricey. 20k for a 2008-9ish model. but its 16k for an AP2 any other year.

@kimchislayer haha well, my friend has found a ton of articles where people have taken S12's and modded them with a ton of stuff. I thought about and Hachi, but then I realized how hard it was to find one. Civic hatches are plentiful, but not many of them are UNmodded. That's the tricky part.
