Next time, pay & plead Not Guilty or Apply for an Appeal. You have to go to court & someone has to show up with the picture. If no one does, you are free, paid back & record cleared. The only right you have (anymore) is to see the evidence. No proof, no conviction & that can be (currently) appealed up to the superior court.

I would have filed a counterclaim before going to the arraignment. There is no victim or injured party. Also, if they wanted to proceed I would ask to face my accuser as a matter of right. Since the camera cant come to the stand I would file a motion to dismiss for violation of due process.
