the tracker card or as Harrahs calls it the "Total Rewards" card so they can monitor your play & even more so can look up your name (for good or BAD) reasons, That card is the key 2 Surveillance looking & finding u, cause that was my job once upon a time ! & the machines are adjusted so tight that the chances of you winning ANYTHING is slim to none, the beginning of each shift a lead from each dept gather for what they call a round table meeting & Ive heard them laugh & joke about it..Phuc' em
