Just keep a bottle of caffeine pills by your bed. Set your alarm 30 min before you have to wake up and when it goes off, pop one and go back to sleep.. Wake up 'naturally' bright eyes and bushy tailed! Also works with Sudafed.
Robin Sharma is such a smart guy! I honestly didn’t even know who he was or what he did until recently seeing him in the documentary Finding Joe. In the film, he spoke about how the works of esteemed author, Joseph Campbell, have influenced the choices he has made to be successful in life. The film shows how Campbell’s work is relevant in today’s world and how it provides inspiration to all. bitly . com / tke 38E ?r= b b
for me it seems like if i go to bed at like 1 - 2 am i get up more easily at 5:30 am but if i go to bed by like 10:00pm i struggle........*i have issues i think*
i always stay up till like 3am on school nights and i sometimes forget to wake up and i miss a day of school. i sometimes wakeup from my alarm but im too tired and i just lay there with eyes closed for a few more minutes and i wake up at 11pm -.-
@LTUPeanut....He is looking to his right because he is activating the left cortical area for his brain, the area for logical thinking. So he is trying to find the right words to articulate his idea. I am sure you din't know that because.....you don't use your left cortex often?...hmmm?
omg, i don't even know what the fuck is left cortical area.why when i post a comment by just goofing around or joking somebody replyes me like i am total idiot.is it bad to joke sometymes crisgai1??????? IS IT?
@artas137LTU....quit goofing around and wake up early to pray, workout, study or go to work work and do other stuff....and also along the way, find out what the left cortex does. I'm watching you O_O
A cortical area is a part of the cerebral cortex. The cerebral cortex is a sheet of neural tissue that is outermost to the cerebrum of the mammalian brain.cortical area are activated by the same category of stimuli or seem to be involved in similar cognitive tasks, that are different from the stimuli or tasks that activate neurons in the neighboring areas.
I think true greatness comes from being good to yourself and having some peace in your life . The bible says do all things in moderation. Moderate exercise will not make you "super fit", but it will keep you generally healthy. Eat enough to have good energy and not be hungry. Consider what God would do as much as possible before speaking or taking action. Also, the only way getting up early will work for most people long term is to go to bed early. Some schedules don't allow for that.
When I am pursuing "super fitness", I actually have to sleep more for my body to recover. So, the two hours a day working out and the extra two hours I need to sleep (not to mention managing that dull ache from body development ALL DAY LONG) actually made me less productive at work. I did not get promoted until I stopped working out so much and used that extra time to GO INTO WORK early!!! Same for diet, when I was cutting back on food I was too tired to be productive.
Wake-up early in the morning (before sunrise), thank God that you have another day to live, clean yourself and pray to your creator (together with your neighbours if possible to create a strong community bond), then do not get back to sleep, but do something useful to you or to others. These are daily practices of Islam!
@mibmibful This might come out wrong but this is the first positive thing i've heard about islam.. Maybe today's media is not emphazised on the good things of that religion.

I have this habit of staying up till 12 because I am naturally a "night owl". So I fall asleep and wake up at noon the next day and I miss out on a bunch of stuff during morning hours. I would love more help and tips on how to wake up! Plus I play soccer so I'm pretty fit and I'm 13 so I don't think I would be able to get a massage and also I don't have a job. Help is much appreciated! (if I spelled appreciated right)Thanks :)
@smakaWata If applied correctly this is by far the best method of actually getting out of bed: you need to program your mind to do the work for you, eliminating (as much as possible) any conscious effort. Take three days aside, on the night prior to the 1st day, dress as you would when going to bed, close the curtains, essentially construct the environment that you are presented with upon waking. Lie in bed and act as if you are falling asleep. Set your alarm for one minutes time
@SuperSilentwitness Upon hearing the alarm jump straight out of bed without hesitation and go to the bathroom and splash water on your face, alternatively you could have a glass of water ready to drink. Do this a few times. What you are trying to do is automate the reaction to the stimulus of the alarm. As you lie in bed that first night having done this exercise a few times see yourself waking early and realise it is something you wish to do and not something that is
@SuperSilentwitness imposed upon you. . The following day do the same thing, but for the first few days you will have to make some effort and apply some discipline. After a few days your brain is remapping neural pathways that will begin to automate this process to the point where eventually it requires no will on your behalf. Its a bit like teaching a dog to roll over, where the dog is reacting to the given stimulus and cannot but roll over. If you wish to strengthen the
@SuperSilentwitness process you could offer yourself some reward for getting up. Ill leave this one up to you!!! If you are currently using an alarm and tend to hit the snooze button it would be a good idea to change it for it has allready developed a reaction and that is to hit snooze. Make sure you are setting the alarm for the same time each day. To recap: practise reacting to alarm, discipline yourself strongly for the first few days and change alarm. Eventually you will

Just to clarify:
1. If you exercise and get fit you need more sleep not less.
2. A massage lowers your blood pressure and makes you want to sleep.
3. Eating less lowers your metabolic rate and energy level.
4. Writing a journal is best before sleep not upon waking up.
5. Better to learn to find ways to get a better job which reflects your passion.
Teach what you know and embody; that's true service and passion.
