@RazzaBeeDaSilva I'm sorry but you are just wrong, he is not in it long enough to be a "matt damon film" at what point would you say he put on a good performance in SPR? the bit he's talking to tom hanks about his wife or the bit he's crying because they're the only two scenes in the film that have him as the dominant character all the other scenes with him in he's just in the background. and being the title character dont mean shit lol. its more memorable for having vin deisel than matt damon.

I don't think 'Saving Private Ryan' should be on this list. Yes it was a hell of a movie, and yes he was Ryan. But it is a Tom Hank's movie, and Damon's part in that movie was very tiny. But if you're ranking the movies, and not his performances, then sure.
