Well I haven't had any problems with anyone connecting to WebEx.
Your as bad as Microsoft.
You used FireFox for WebEx and IE for Adobe Connect. I had to update Flash to connect to Adobe Connect on FireFox. DOH!
Flash is used on 98% of computers because of Adobe Flash being used in most websites. Can you try this on a MAC?
If your going to bad mouth a product I would expect you to at least give a fair comparison and not a rigged trial. Please go back to hating Cisco somewhere else.
You're right about using FireFox for Webex and IE for Connect. I assure you it wasn't intentional, those were just the default browsers on different computers used for the comparison. If it makes you feel any better though I've used FireFox for Connect, as well as Chrome, IE, Safari and even on old version of Netscape, all on multiple systems, yes even a Mac, and even when Connect requires a newer version of Flash it's a quick and painless process, unlike what we experienced with Webex.
Flash is indeed installed on (now) over 99% of computers. It doesn't matter what the reason is, what it means is that Connect users typically don't have to download and install client software.
Thank you Very helpful!
