  • Nice job

  • Beautifully played and very clear. I really enjoyed it. Thankyou.

  • thats not an electric is it? are those nylon strings?

  • Outstanding!

  • Very nice and thank you.

  • DjoleO,

You get 100 points for using the answer "42" (RIP Mr. Adams.)

    Great technique.

    Bob

  • Should this be in wide-screen or did you get your hands form Werewolves Inc? Nice lesson. Big Thanks. I'll be pissing the neighbours off if you need me...

  • pardon me while I mark the Pentatonic part:

    5:07

thanx again, great lesson from what I consider to be one of the greatest musicians that ever walked the earth.

you yourself are quite amazing. looks like you can palm a basketball!

    lol

    thanx a million.

  • beautiful lesson thanx. inavaluable.

bookmark and will watch and learn. wish I had that kind of wing span thought. man, the thing about Mclaughlin is there is no such thing as an inconvenient finger repostion or fret reach, or skipping strings in the middle of these types of riffs.

nice to see lesson given by a mortal human being.

really excellent lesson. just what I was looking for.

    thanx. Dave

  • very helpful.

  • 1MMThanks Henrik for sharing this brillant lesson!!!!

  • Great. I understand the theory and ideas. But it's going to take me a lot of years and discipline to get anywhere near you... Your Bach violin cover is incredible too.

  • what about the alternate fingering of that phrase? i guess the more consolidated fingering not having to stretch the whole 2 steps just going to the second string if ya know what i mean. is this less efficient?

  • many thanks. But I can't see the fingering at 2:05, from the G string.

  • I am moving - on the E & A string - from A major scale to F#minor scale. I only play the same fingerpattern but adapt to the intervals in the scale
