It isn't too odd. EF3 is a pretty strong tornado and a number of tornadoes larger than this have been rated EF3.

The wedge tornado looks to be at least 3/4 to a mile wide @1:25, what a beast for an EF3 and I'm really glad that no-one was killed by the tornado :)

The weird thing about this tornado is that it seemed to remain almost in the same area where it formed because I notice that the tornado keeps back tracking on itself a few times in the video.
