My new years eve was great. I went to my friends house to eat and then we did the countdown at 12:00 midnight. Then, we went inside and played a game of mafia and charades. It was fun. I played until 4:00 a.m and then I slept on my friend's couch until 6:00. I went home and slept on my bed until 1:30. Haha. Best new years eve ever.

Brian I have a couple of questions about corn snakes. One: How can you tell the difference between a charcoal and anerythestic corn snake? Two: Tessera corn snakes have a dominant gene. If I mate it with an amelanistic corn snake would I get a corn snake that looks amel but with the tessera pattern? Just wondering. I am trying to learn more about the genetics of corn snakes. Unfortunatly I have watched the episode about it however I still do not understand fully. Thank you. and awesome episode.

I've cooled my males and females (balls) and it's raining here in the NW nearly everyday. I've paired several adults together, and I have not witnessed any breeding. Sometimes with certain females the tail wagging occurs, but the males haven't taken any interest in courting.

My New Years Eve was pretty awesome. My roommates and I all love one of AMC's shows called "The Walking Dead." On NYE there was a marathon of all the episodes of the show so far. 14 hours of Zombies! Well, my new year's eve wasn't fun, so I don't really have a story to tell, because I was working. Right before 0:00 I was polishing glasses, then we went out and played around with with some fireworks and after that... guess what: more glasses to polish and after I was finished with that, spoons, forks and knives needed to be polished as well. I'm working part-time as a waitress, but sometimes all I do is polishing stuff for hours. And that was my New Year's Eve.

Actually guess asking how many did you have breeding when you began keeping records on each snake and do you think people should keep journals on their snakes for feeding, growth and shedding?
