  • I have wheat pennies from the 1880's

  • Cool video. I thought I was lucky when I recently got 19 rolls of 1966 pennies (the twentieth roll was the usual 12 coppers out of 50). Good times!

  • Lucky man

  • doggone great to find that many wheaties----dang that's beter than metal detecting for them---ha!

  • holy crap!

  • wow that was a great find def made a profit on that box

  • u get that from your little bank?! we need 2 go there more

  • @ThePipes81 Yeah it was from one of the banks in EJ.

  • That is damned amazing.

  • 1982 pennys are copper the 1983s are zinc

  • @FindinACoinOrTwo Not all 1982's where copper. Only some.

  • @thecoinman112 More like around 80% of pre-1982 pennies are copper. Therefore, I don't have much of a problem hoarding every 1982 penny found and assuming it's copper. It is not very cost efficient for me to compare the 1982 ones, having sorted the coins by hand.

  • What a haul!! You are very lucky to have found all of the wheat cents. Good fortune like that keeps searching interesting.

  • Hi Jay,I never get that Lucky. But i still look.
