  • The Guy below me needs to do more reading on swaps. Why do a 427? Get a little 5.3 with some 317 heads ls6 cam ls6 manifold ls9 head gasket and procharge it on a stock bottom end.

  • well im jelous my camaro is nowhere near this nice :( but hopefully by this time next year it will be a little better. was it hard to fit the big block in? i am debating putting a 383 in mine so i don't have to redo the front end to fit the big block but if it's not to hard i think i might put a 427 do you think it would be owrth it?

  • what the fuck you have to build up to it and hold the fucker...

  • looks like Farva from super troopers car...

  • so nasty dude, i love the sound of a big beastly chevy engine just makes you feel so manly to rev that shit hahaha

  • damn

  • with the way it moved on that pull, I would suggest more chains to hold it down. WOW!

  • AMERICAN MUSCLE

  • what compression is the motor

  • She's a beauty.

    Is that hugger orange?

  • as much of a ricer i am... that is one amazing car

  • good vid, other than the bogus dyno stat's

before 5250 rpm an engine always makes more torque that HP, so if you guys pulled to 5000rpm, how did you exceed torque by nearly 100HP??????

    lovely 3rd gen tho

  • @dexxy45 - Without even looking at whatever dyno stat (sheet) your referring to.. its clear you dont have complete knowledge of a dyno. YOu can scale HP and Tq differently causing the 5252 (not 5250 btw)... to not cross. If you LOOK at the left margin and the right.. you will notice DIFFERENT value peaks... this is a different scale.. this is done to MAXIMIZE real estate of the paper and give the best view of each curve.

  • @WorkoutModerator im aware of what your saying, but in the video info you state

    "912rwhp. and 824ft.lbs @ only 10psi. of boost and 5000rpm redline"

how did you obtain those numbers without exceding 5250rpm???

  • i luv it

  • got damn thats what im talking about chevy power

  • whhhht!!!! ahahahaha woooow so glad to c this=D dammm couldnt done this to a better car!

  • what engine is in it?

  • yeah when a car jumps up like that ........its serious time.......nice

  • 0:43 Jesus

  • procharger is just a brand of supercharger..not all their products are crank driven only the f3 i believe

  • All of the chargers made by Procharger are belt driven, because they are all centrifugal superchargers. They don't make turbochargers.

  • They only make centrifugal superchargers, some are gear driven direct to the crank.

There are even twin crank drives. Twin F2's and F1R's.

  • what do u mean? all blowers are crank driven. The belt goes around an extention on the crank

  • all superchargers are crank driven.

  • ok, I dont really wanna sound like a moron but whats the difference between a procharger i know how a supercharger works, so whats a procharger? a supercharger or a turbo?

  • procharger is the brand name, they are superchargers

  • There are, twin screws, roots and centrifical superchargers. They all serve a different purpose. Prochargers are like turbos in a way, they run the crank. Meaning the higher the rpm the faster it spins pushing air into the engine.

  • ohhh alright i get it now

  • don't listen to him he has no clue what he just said.

  • @Itbreaths What we mean is that there is no belt. The Procharger is directly bolted to the crank via a gear drive.I have a twin Procharged gear drive in my Camaro. Check it out if you want to see a 2000hp SBC Camaro on the street.........

  • you have no clue what you're talking about. just watch the video and don't post know it all comments. they all serve the same purpose but operate different ways. the crank runs the supercharger and the exhaust system operates a turbocharger.

  • Obviously, I was just trying to explain a very rough idea. When people have no clue about cars, you talk simple so they can understand, even though it may not be "exactly" correct. Trust me, I know my shit.

  • Holy-Terrorist:>*=*

  • What's the max boost on an F3 without destroying the motor? What's a good setting for cruising and for racing? Definately a nice setup.

  • Hi, building a 601BBC w/F3R 139, eng size dictates boost needed for HP level. Over 1400HP you also need billet crank and rods, not cheap. The F3R 139 can produce 45 lbs of boost, flows 4000 CFM. Boost levels also depend on fuel used, you must keep the eng out of detonation, race gas, higher boost, alcohol is also a very good for blown applications, runs very cool. 10-12 psi on ths street is very good, pump gas motor w/Procharger

  • could u fint out what colur of orange it is?

  • I thought 912 seemed seemed a little low for the watermelon sized F3. 1500+ is just ridiculous though...Bet that monster pops some awesome wheelies!!

  • I will put up the new video asap, we topped the dyno, we made over 1500hp, and over 1500 ft lbs at the wheels. New software was ordered and downloaded, we will dyno again with accurate results within a week or two.

  • .... any updates?

  • are those number with a big block or small block...

  • Those numbers are with a big block.

  • paint

  • Im sure the owner has about 60k in the car total. The car was purchased with orange paint.

  • @jzepol16 what block? stroked? bored? is this on race gas or pump?

  • what was the colour and cost of pain and stuff

  • wow thats one killer camaro

  • That's alot of power for only 10psi!!! Congrats.

  • SWEEY ASS KILLA'.....whose car is it?

  • This car was built for a customer named Robert, he is the one to the left in the video with his hands over his ears... It was pretty loud.

  • Big block? carbed? F3?

Was it over or under 1500 rwhp????

Either way its a Heavy Chevy.

  • holy shit.
