So let me see if I get this straight, Tony Red works for people that have killed 4,010 people, Frank hired a special forces squad to help Tony kill Joe and the other Rogues, Joe somehow works with Tony again or threatens him or something, Phillip and Joe team up on a Construction battle field, he kills the White ( or Gray??) and Blue soldier with the sniper at 0:55 and Frank tells the head of banking about how guilty he is. When will this come out?
