You should apply reverse thrust when the main landing gear touches the ground . The nosegear can be still in the air, cause reverse thrust is most useful at high speeds.

Also you have killed your engines, because at 80 knots you should have idle reverse and at 60 knots the reversers must be disabled again. If you do't do this the engin will suck in litte stones and it's one exhaust gases.
