@sammyboi1453 You just have to get used to the interface and the speed the notes come down, It's more of a struggle for the mind in your case than your drum skills. Try playing with hyperspeed (makes the notes go faster so your brain doesn't have to put the notes in the right order, give it some time, it will help)

Portnoy essentially mastered the Rev's demos for the songs. The Rev did everything except some subtle nuances and fills that he would've done when they were actually recording the album. The drummer you hear in all the songs is Portnoy :-) He just wrote very few parts for the album.

What drums set is that?

My Rock Band drums are the standard ones from the original Rock Band, so they're starting to show their wear and tear by not registering some notes or double-registering causing me to fail at getting gold stars.

However, yours looks great and they don't sound like you're hitting a wooden board.
