Looks like fun. I once coached a triple jumper who was also a competitive cheerleader and gymnast. She was far and away the most flexible athlete I've ever coached. Your background puts you in a good position to work out in many ways without fear of injury.
You girls are great. Wow 4.2 for power walk. I'm jogging at 3.5 LOL. It feels good after a great workout ;) It is more fun to workout with a friend ;)
Nami you should try "capoeira" it's a brazilian dance/martial arts which REALLY work out your whole body. You have the strengh for it ;)

oh yer,! Working out your abs will never get rid of fat it isnt a fat burning exercise, i was just throwing a few out there because just up and down can get mundane! you look gorgeous anyway though! ha.
Well done, Keep it up. maybe try doing a range of sit ups, they will work out more of the muscles in your body, e.g. lie on your back legs in the air and touch your feet right hand to left foot, again on your back with feet flat on the floor and twist to touch your feet left hand to left foot etc, and finally lie flat on the floor and raise your right leg and right arm to meet in the middle and vice versa. Do an exercises for 30 seconds then rest for 30 seconds until you have done all of them 2x
