Not really if u know where to go,walk all the way up fr Shinsaibashi,there a place call SENBA,u can get a lot of cheap stuff there,its like a outlet,but u need to show ur passport to go in to shopping centre,n they have shop underground too,many ppl will go there to shop for gifts.the subway station u can get off fr there is HOMMACHI .hope is useful
