i did the same as you,got rid of the car for a subway2,i lost 3 stone in the first year of riding 14 miles aday 5 days aweek,i just got a trek 7.3 fx,much easyer and faster with the 700cc wheels,great vid man

Cool bike! I have been thinking that biking to work when summer comes back would be cool then remembered that 90% of the time I need a vehicle to get to and from offsite meetings ... take care and keep peddling!
