Primitives, ok so they nailed it. But I would rather hear something that is an evolution of the early 90's stuff, not a really outstanding duplication of Primitives with MBV sprinkled about. Splice and dice of MBV and Primitives. I grew up with the origianls and this good but its way too similar, but they definitely nailed it.

To expand on TimmiRueckwaerts' comment, it's The Primitives' Way Behind Me + a sped up version of the guitar riff from MBV's Never Say Goodbye. All told, a tribute to Lazy Records circa '87. And there's nowt wrong with that.
