The companies that are to build any windmills should be the ones that pay for them, not the tax payers. it's not Obama's job to steal money from Americans to just GIVE to companies that funded his champaign.
no one has ever stopped companies from building them. They know they would have to charge 5'x the change of having them. so no one was willing to build them. now Obama is going to FORCE them to build them.
Obama is a liar and a thief.

If this is about the global warming/energy bill which already passed the House, then call-the-Senate would be clearer than call-Congress.
