I think a lot of people are hating on Bailey since she actually got a chance to be on Broadway! And she can sing the part she wants to, we might as well hate on Eden, Megan, and all those other Wicked people for singing something different then what was written.
Did anyone else notice that she jumps through six different keys in the beginning? And her jazz hands and high school presence really bother me. She's obviously not ready for a big stage like this. Big mistake.
She hit all the notes as they are written... if you don't like the notes in the song, it's not Bailey' fault. She is ready and has been accepted by the Broadway community with open arms because she has proven herself to them.
Your amature opinion really doesn't matter when Broadway pros disagree with your negativity.
I've seen her live and she was flawless! You can't judge something by hand held camera and youtube quality!

Right before Bailey starts. Doesn't sound like he's just a typical 'Autumn fan' he just sounds like a dick. It's ensemble members instead. Why would Richard and Christian show up when they really aren't needed - especially Christian. It was a 2 show day that day, so they probably wanted to take it easy.
no this was at the Broadway on Broadway festival on Sept 14 in Times Square. this isn't the Palace Theatre. but it is actual songs and stuff from the show. have fun seeing the Show!! its amazing!

I was there and she was hitting wrong notes all over the place. And I'm a theatre professional. I thought she was pretty awful.
