DM had every person that LRH put in place to watch over Scientology and keep it as is disappeared. He got rid of every person LRH put on watchdog lines to keep KSW declared and told lies about them to get everyone to believe him.

In that policy letter of 1968 where LRH says disconnection is cancelled, there was a last line at the bottom. It stated that "this does not apply to SP's". DM took that and added it to his new thing that just about everyone is an SP. LRH said no more than 2% of the population is PTS or SP. DM says it is the other way around and that 98% of the population is PTS or SP.
