Also, she tends to place her left hand in a place (palm down at the waist) that signals restraint, even at moments that should be vivacious. Her tempo fluctuates a bit much for Mozart, and she beats too much. With music that is so metronomic by nature, she should concentrate less on the timekeeping and more on phrasing and emotional content. See Carlos Kleiber for a conductor who does this well.
She was way too stiff here. A good "technical" try, but music is so much more than that.

she has like a weird smile when conducting... a little scary if you ask me. and around 3:03 I think the tempo picked up a bit
