The incident never happened and it's libel and slander. First you say it's your personal friend Louis Guthrie, then it's an imaginary fictional creature. What is it?

Listen Fartface, I never said he was a personal friend of mine, I believed he was a friend of the bands. I spoke to a couple of the guys last night and they actually filled me in. Now I'm clear on all of this and all I have to say is that you and your Louis friend are chock full of shit. If you are talking about the footage then all of it is taken from footage well within the public domain. Who are you to make such flagrant and baseless claims such as this?

Libel against who? Actors? This is footage from films from the 30s to early 60s, not doc footage and ALL of it is within the public domain found on the Prelinger Archives website who encourage the use of their footage and stress that it can be edited in any fashion. I am not slandering any person or group within this video. If you took it as such you are clearly misreading it's intentions.

This song is glorious. I had it on at my house one day, hanging out with friends and didn't realize it was on repeat. We hung out for like 45 mins before I was like, "sorry it's on repeat", and they said, "oh it's cool, this is a good song." It was another half hour before I moved on to another track.. on repeat... "Medicaid Benefit Aplique"... sick band and I don't know why they're not huge. I got to open for them in Minneapolis. Sweetest bunch of guys you could hope to meet.

Actually this is that video. And fyi, although i am a fan, this is the official video for the song... there's an alternate version with narration at the begining, maybe that's the one you saw.
