  • these workouts are all ISOMETRIC (nonmovement)... people must have full body strenght in order to do these workout... most people cant hold those positions that long... it a good workout but there are problems if your trying to workout a full ROM... meaning you'll only be strong in those positions... if you were to try doing the full ROM of those exercises you would be weak in the other stages of each exercise.
