The knife a rooster or both die, but with the Postiza the fight are longer and many times 1 will always survive and many times the other rooster will lose but survive depending on the trainer. Eventhough the knife is more lethal it is more humane, because it is quick and many times the rooster seems to die peacefully, because it is a body shot and not a head kick. This is always the case though.
