HdR is a decent visual novel. Although its storylines are not that long, its episodic structure makes it to slow down to crawl until you have read enough to be able to toggle skip previously read messages. If one wants to minimize spoilers, then I recommend unlocking Marumu and Tomoe endings before Asumi's. (In Marumu's and Tomoe's endings, Asumi does not show up in their reunion. This clears up once Asumi's ending is unlocked.)
I enjoy this VN, its structure like an anime, but you can choose how it goes. The characters are a bit agrivating, but i'll pull threw. Haven't finished a story yet.
