I thought this was beautiful. Not only his voice, but the entire thing. Very well done. Although I'll have to say, there are lots and lots of things that come out of Africa, and they come this way (towards America). Not all of it to brag about though. Some positive, some negative.

TY GRAY EL! As an aspiring spoken word artist and fellow black I commend and applaude you my black brother. This shook me to my core...all I could say was "my God". I love the way how you mingled science and fact. As it says in the Word of God (Romans 12:19) "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord". May God have mercy on the american south. I truly do believe this is the breath of our ancestors.

we should only obey the 5th commandment? What about the 3rd commandment? what about the remaining 8th? The Breath of our ancestors should be the force of Ahayah!! Then we will honor Him who gave us the 5th commandment amongst others and impliment the 3rd namely to not take the name of Ahayah in vain!! This history of ours of almost 400 years is because we vail to understand that AHAYAH gave us 10 laws to live by so we would live well, we rebelled and look what happens and what STILL goes on!

My suggestion is that if we honor our fathers and mothers as the Commandment instructed, then perhaps we could get the other nine accomplished as well.

It is time, to wake up, and see our value. We don't have to accept a life of struggle, we can STRIVE for more. WE CAN make a life for our children, so that they will not have to know the pain personally. Live your life like it was intended to be lived, for all its WORTH. Because we all have WORTH. Much more then society, and even our family and friends, give us credit for. Remember the history, and all the evil deeds that were done, but don't bask in it, because then it becomes an excuse.
