Great recipe! Although I would like to mention,that while all vegetarians are not alike in their preferences, I'm fairly certain a dish containing chicken broth is not something many of them would wish to eat.
I agree, those lasagne pastas (Barilla) are the best! They taste great, are easy to use: I'll never use again the ones you have to boil, they get all wet and it's much extra work. Same for the mixture of cheese you choose (real mozzarella and gruyère: couldn't be better). I'll try your recipe!
