@ahsan7j ..He is not a sikh. Look at the way he speaks and he is not wearing a kara (metal bracelet). I have not seen any sikh who does not wear kara. I've seen sikhs who cut their hair and do not wear turban but they most certainly wear kara. Not only sikhs, majority of punjabis in India wear kara. All those who are seen embracing islam in Zakir Naik's videos are already muslims and are misleading the world by faking that they are impressed by islam.

Dr Naik clearly said that Allah will not forgive a person if he does Shirk ( believing in more than one God ). so Christians believe that jeasus is also God so they will not be forgiven , until they believe that There is no other god but Allah, and after that don't do shirk, (if they do so they will not be forgiven)

Islam encourages to make mistake. So Muslims make mistake. If they kill any non-Muslim there is no death sentence. So they will be encouraged to kill them, though it is not there in Islam.
It is a political system which bound to collapse by itself.
