  • if you have slight moobs and feel embarrassed, try to do some push ups cos this is aiming to make your chest stick out more.....

  • a good way is to get a towel and roll it up into a long cylinder shape. The put it on flat ground and lie on top of it making sure its in between your shoulder blades, but make sure its not to close to your head.

  • do it both these stretches throughout the day as much as you can. It took me just a week to see actual improvements :D! Strengthening your abs, front neck muscles, lats, and upper back helps too. goodluck

  • Lengthen the spine and free the neck, balance the head atop the neck so that the ears are above the shoulders. Good video. Very pronounced stretching. Augment this with more passive stretching. Lengthen the spine. Also believe in yourself. Remove the baggage that gave you poor posture.
