  • FOREVER AND AFTER!!! :(

  • This is a sensitivity drill used to better "sticky hands" (not loosing contact with your opponant)

  • thanks!

  • is that guy in black ted wong? just curious

  • sifu!

  • its too fast slow it down a lil

  • He is with Ip Man?

  • Thanks for the memories.

  • RIP Ted Wong

  • Wing chun transforme yourself if you practice everyday.

  • All of these pictures are in Bruce Lee's book (JKD Complete Manual) as well as other "rare pictures"

  • I'm not all knowing, it's a fact. I only had to read. I promise it doesn't hurt.

  • strychnineguilt - wing chun is a style. JKD is a system, with some modified wing chun in it fencing and western boxing. though for fitness purposes he wants you to use anything effective and take it from anywhere you can get it, and eventually discard whats not effective.

  • Wang Chung fighting style is the best

  • Wow ,from were have you got the pics.

  • The technique being used in this footage is called "Sticky Hands". Wing Chun practitioners say that with this they can feel there opponents energy and know when, how, and where they will attack.

  • And Wing Chun is a street fighting system. No style/system is better then any other. It's all about the proficiency of the practitioner in his or her art.

  • @StrychnineGuilt if you're so all knowing, why are you on youtube sharing your opinion?

  • Wing Chun is not a style. It's a system.

  • Madness?... THIS IS BRUCE LEE

  • What is funny is that Wing Chun would agree that San Shou is a great art. It has it's own fundamentals that make it important. Yet San Shou may never get the opportunity to disprove Wing Chun...Communist China banned Wing Chun and brought in systems like San Shou as a Nationalist Art of Wushu.

  • SanShou (chinese kickboxing) is much better than wing chun or any other kung fu style. SanShou is a competitive

sport where the fighters have to perform. Sport fighting is the best for the street and the ring. Can you image fighting a pro fighter in the street, you'd lose, everyone would.

  • Noe kommentd!

  • Nice music

  • Right, it`s an exercise in Wing Chun called Chi Sao (Sticking Hands) training with Ted Wong..just great pics..Bruce Lee R.I.P.

  • No this is not Bruce Lee fighting technique it's Wing-Chun(Wing-Tsun) Sticky hand technique, Bruce Lee started from wing-chun his martial arts trainings ;)

  • is this from bruce lee's fighting method?

  • Anyone who does not understand the Chinese art to go from here

  • bruce had a type of strenght called isometrix , chin ups,sit ups, wall pushes, wooden dummy, its lets say you lift some weights and your last set your arms are shaking and you cant go anymore thats isometrix you haft to do exersice that weakends you faster and you start from there otherwise your gonna look bulky and your gonna be slow

  • isometric training is when u train without weight but u push oru pull and hold the contraction for like 10-12 seconds to make ur muscles tighter denser. but u only train a stationary muscle fibre so u also need to train with motion. for the down/up motion so u target all muscle fibre.

  • great job !!

  • In Jeet Kune-Do, physical conditioning is a must for all martial artists. If you are not physically fit, you have no business doing any hard sparring. To me, the best exercise for this is running. Running is so important that you should keep it up during your lifetime. What time of the day you run is not important as long as you run. In the beginning you should jog easily and then gradually increase the distance and tempo, and finally include sprints to develop your 'wind.'

  • Your right,"What is technique without strength?", Vice versa= "What is strength without technique? This 'rule' should apply in everything.

  • You both (batmankeith1 and MartialArtNerd52475) hit the nail on the head, but also another good thing to include for great stamina training is very intense heavy bag work!!

  • let us not also forget jump ropes... good for developing stamina and sense of balance.. Boxers do them all the time

  • do you have any martial arts experience?

  • again rare footage where u got this>?

  • As you can read above, I made it myself.

Zoals je boven kan lezen heb ik deze zelf gemaakt.

  • ja je hebt de video zelf gemaakt neem ik aan.. maar tog niet de foto's?? of wel???:S:S:S

  • Nee natuurlijk niet, only the film met muziek,

omdat je dit niet zo vaak op youtube ziet.

  • precies dat bedoel k dus met rare footage.. niet dat jouw video rare is maar gebruikte documenten plaatjes what ever.. that is footage my friend... :P (quote: be water my friend)

  • from a book, you can see the page numbers in the left corner of the pictures

  • @ghossler
