@mgirl41097 errm, no. Technically, you can't do a backwards CARTWHEEL. And yes, they are back handsprings (or back flicks). Flicks are quite hard actually, flick-to-one or -to-two. I'm learning to do flicks, and trust me, it's freaking hard.

They are a TYPE of back handspring mainly used by gymnasts for doing back handsprings on the balance beam. So for those telling her to check her facts, how about you check your's LOL!
