  • Very entertaining! Good job bro. I can tell you have passion, skill, and patience in music, that's all that matters in my opinion.

  • He looks like Jesse Lacey from Brand New!!

  • this is a good ass cover.

other than the lack of ghost notes

  • fucking sweet

  • that part that starts around :28 on the trash stack, there's a lot of ghost notes there that you didn't play, other than that great cover

  • Awesome Job man! Don't listen to people about the ghost notes what you did was very solid. What is the cymbal off too your right? I have been trying to get the right sound for this song for a while.. I have tried a small crash/ splash combo. Is that a hi hat/china? I love the chic it has, not many drummers use it other than Volta. Very powerful!

  • u didnt nail it man! where are the ghost notes on the snair? jon is known for some sexy ghost notes and if ur not gonna play em dont post this video

  • @mrsmithcolin175 Too late. Please, indulge us in your own video showing us what you mean.

  • @wcx08 Also, I'm clearly not Jon Theodore.

  • ok i will b looking for it

  • @mrsmithcolin175 thats a dick thing to say, he did a pretty good job overall, u post a perfect cover

  • @mrsmithcolin175 Also, it's a snare, not a snair.

  • @joperrot stop making excuses for a half assed drum cover. i was high when i wrote this so spelling wasn't my biggest priority! either you played it how it was played originally or u didnt... u did for the most part just not the ghost notes! which is the best part about jon's beats! his ghost notes!

  • u nailed it bro..all the accents u barley missed a note ...nice

  • hey man. nice cover! can u tell me what patterns are used from 2:37- 2:55? thanks!

  • this is amazingly solid

  • jon theodore or thomas pridgen? who do you prefer?

  • @FoxesWithGuns THE question! Thomas has grown on me, but there is no one quite like Jon Theodore. He may be my most important influence. His sense of groove, energy, and dynamics are incredible.

  • @wcx08 Totally agree with you.

  • @wcx08 And now Deantoni. What do you think of him?

  • @wcx08 Man I completely agree. Jon Theodore has a phenomenal groove and it's always tasteful. Thomas Pridgen is just...spastic sometimes.

  • you just raped this song... in a good way

  • yeeaaahh

  • You have probably been asked 40 times but what stack u usin? I made a cool one out of an upside down 16" crash and a 14" light crash, yours is nice thou. Oh, savage cover too!

  • awesome man. nailed it. great dynamics too

  • Turn down the music a little bit, and turn up your drums sound!
