actually the the one you are cloning doesnt have to be in your party at all... if you take one from one box and put it in another, you will have both after the cloning... and you can do it for multiple pokemon at a time... i used to clone 20 at a time...

you know you can do a similar thing with items, give a pokemon in your box an item (can be as many pokemon as you want) them save, take the item(s) back go to the counter just as normal and continue as already. once you've restarted you'll have the cloned item, with this glitch i have about 50 masterballs and pokemon in my boxes holding boxes of rare candies, all of the protiens, zincs, ect

I know for a fact that this works.

However, the way I do it is that I actually start the save, and then shut off while it's saving.

Either way, the results are the same- cloned pokemon & items if got the pokemon to hold anything.

And this won't delete your save, corrupt your game, etc etc unless you don't do the steps as followed.

i got a problem lol i play these games on my psp and when i save it doesn't actualy save the game i have to press HOME and then save to slot 1,2,3 etc.. so i can have more than one save file and that allows me to do more risky stuff :D i can actualy backup my game in-game. btw one day i had a kick ass breloom on pearl with poison heal and i made it hold a poison orb so it was always poisoned =]

cloning is easy safe the rare candy for cloning give(not use) the rare candy to a pokemon that u gunna clon then clon it 100 times then u can make a lvl 5 to 100 without spending ages on training
