That was me sliding around (almost 2 years ago - time flies!) The main reason was the old tires. They had several track days on them, and there wasn't much traction left on the sides. (I may have also been a little greedy on the throttle.)
Recovery is to EASE off the throttle (do NOT chop), and I also leaned forward to get more weight over the front wheel (where my only traction was). You crap your leathers the first time it happens!
He's the guy on the red ducati not the guy all over the place on the yellow bike. And randomly recomending tires is as useless as recomending your favorite bubble gum.
Assuming you r the guy on the ducati, nice riding! Who was the guy on the yellow bike, man he was trying too hard!
Actually - it's me on the Yellow Daytona 650. I was messin' around for the video, and havin' fun. But my tires were shot - many street miles and about 4 track days on them (not a good representation of how I really ride) - but since my video editing skills need improvement, I had to do something to make the video interesting!
There r so many @sshats on the net giving completely uqualified advice I just assumed thats what was goin on. But clearly you guys know each other. I'll just shut up and go back to my channel! :)

Dude - get some new tires or slow down before you kill yourself or end up in a heli on your way to Mercy Hospital (go for Pirelli, not Dunlops).
