I would ask if this model supports "SAMBA". Imagine two devices being networked with one another without HDD and HDD. One machine can do streaming video from the HDD from the other?
Thanks for the review. One observation, that nice big highlight (sunrise or whatever it is) in the middle of the screen, that's gona leave some nasty burn-in on plasma screens :(
@jvanable sorry for a late reply my father just died but i cant truthfully answer because ive never used or tested a popcorn hour media player but i do like the prodigy :)
Thanks a lot for your video. Did you try if Prodigy could manage torrent and "direct download" such as Fileserve, Megaupload download? It would be very useful for us !!
all i wanted to see was how does it bring up the videos u could have in ur computer "network shared" i wanted to see if it looks cool or if it looks plane ugly with just an image of the folder instead of the movie picture...idk i hope u understand me xD

Yes the autofocus keeps re-focusing due to the broghtness changing.
A more thorough and thought out review of the machine would be nice. I dont know why I'm even looking at this as i HAVE A WDTV LIVE

what is that crackling sound? is it the hard drive or fan? how do you get netflix on it?

@tazno1 thats the sound of the road i live next too and there is no netfix in the uk so i cant test that out.
