Ok A breakthrough is where you can use all the charactors moves and attacks, you can use it by going to Edit Skills. You get all dregon Balls by finding them in the skill shop under recomended but they are veeery rare to find. You get Hurcule by beating the novice or adept tournament( idk wich one). you get Saiyinman by winning the advanced tournament

@johnydafox get great sayimen by beating the second hardest on tournament mode and hercule by beating the hardest on tournament mode you will get the hardest and get the dragonballs by going to the shop and going over recommended selection and the dragonballs should appear time to time.you will get the different diffulties by going to the recommended by completing the diffuclty before them one u r buying.

dude already said that to get the dragon balls you have to enter and leave mr popo's shop until it appears there to buy it and already said that a breakthrough is to use all the characters skills at the same time without equip on them. It's like all skills in 1.

lol actually you get breakthroughs to all chars it it will keep apering more and more on the wishes but to get the dragon balls on Budokai 1 it's really lame because you have to buy them on Mr Popo's shop, and until it appears all you can be there 1 entire day enter and leaving the shop just for the dragon balls

that was disapointing no saying the vid sucked thanks for the info but wow all you get is breakthrough for veg well i understand that but i almost beat the shit outa the disk when i saw that the only other two were zarbon and #19 who uses those people im not sure but maybe they thought goku would have been to everpowered with that but atleast give it to

yancha/trunks/gohan/hercule/ or tien/krillen those would have been great choices but those are the only 3? if not woot but if so, damn what up

@rad376 man every time you get 3 different choices for all characters so you can select one from three then get them again and wish for another one

I got the capsule Breakthrough for Vegeta, Breakthrough means I can use all his attacks while i'm playing with him, instead of the capsules I equip on him.
