Congratulations. You've done a marvelous job. Kick ass bod! Work on keeping it off, especially before it gets out of hand, And don't get too complacent with your current success. Speaking from experience, after a huge weight loss, it's even harder to do the next time around, and when you get older, exercise and finding the time to is harder. Not to mention weight doesn't melt off as easily as you age and you metabolism slows. But right now, you're still young ... and hot. Keep it up!

i think its tough for those who are overweight to lose it . but i have amazingly seen it happen lately and think its really good for those who manage to. But just keep in mind however its not all about "looks" but i think its a good goal to have but just keep in mind it should be also about who you are on the inside that matters too and dont lose sight of that as you lose the weight :-p. but hope you are an inspiration for those who are bigger and need a bit of encouragement too :-)

@Mscid The pants in the video are size 16. I am now wearing a size 14/16 depending on the cut/brand. Those are 16 from American Eagle, but I also have a pair of size 14 capri pants from them that I wear. And then I also have a pair of Seven jeans that are a size 16 and WAY too big. So I'm somewhere in between :)
