He shoots the mother bear, then they cut her open to remove the gall bladder and intestines to sell in Asian markets, the baby bears are watching their mommy being murdererd and cut open. But if you watch part 1 and keep watching the following parts you will come across the part about the bears. I was shocked and I was even in denial about it for a while because I have a severe crush on him. I finally watched one film by IFAW and saw the bear babies they rescued.

drinking is overrated, i'm struggling with it now. I wish I could have my wasted days back, i'm only 28 but have been living too fast for over 6 yrs, i hate it. You lose alot of friends when you decide to quit drinking, but you don't lose yourself.

Yeah I think metallica worries too much about what type of rock music is popular during the time they make their albums, they just need to be themselves and thats what they finally came back to with death magnetic. Look at St. Anger what was popular then, system of a down, so what do they do, tune their guitars down 2 steps and take the solos out. Load/Reload making more bluesy type metal like Alice in chains, STP, and so on
I don't begrudge the man's sobriety. It's a great thing. However, once sobriety sets in, you can almost guarantee o drop off in artistic quality. And that appears to be the case here. Coleridge, Morrison, Poe, Gaugin, Lemmy: all great artists, all fucked up. Sad, but true. James should quit music and sell insurance. Metallica has been pretty much over since Cliff died.
I'm a christian and James Hetfield is my idol. Every 1 does some bad things in their lives. The thing that I don't get is when famous pplz end up doing something wrong, pplz stick it to 'em 4 a very long time. But if a non-famous person does something like it, it's not as likely for pplz 2 keep it against them. James cares about his family. He's a good guy for quitting alcohol. I never met James, so I don't know what kind of person he is, if his rehab really changed him as a person but I can tell you that he's a better musician since he got out of rehab, that's for sure!

I got nothing but respect for the dude........he used to be an angry drunk like Dave Mustaine but he got help for his alcoholism and turned his life around.........now his family and his music are his drugs and it's the best high you can get.

BUT, when the band was shit pissed out their faces, they did play and make better music, their new stuff is good but no match for the master of puppets album or justice. thats a fact. oh and in MY opinion, i dont like cliff burton i thought his playing was sloppy. jason and metallica made such epic songs that probobly wouldnt of existed without him

Yeah I think metallica worries too much about what type of rock music is popular during the time they make their albums, they just need to be themselves and thats what they finally came back to with death magnetic. Look at St. Anger what was popular then, system of a down, so what do they do, tune their guitars down 2 steps and take the solos out. Load/Reload making more bluesy type metal like Alice in chains, STP, and so on

I don't begrudge the man's sobriety. It's a great thing. However, once sobriety sets in, you can almost guarantee o drop off in artistic quality. And that appears to be the case here. Coleridge, Morrison, Poe, Gaugin, Lemmy: all great artists, all fucked up. Sad, but true. James should quit music and sell insurance. Metallica has been pretty much over since Cliff died.

I'm a christian and James Hetfield is my idol. Every 1 does some bad things in their lives. The thing that I don't get is when famous pplz end up doing something wrong, pplz stick it to 'em 4 a very long time. But if a non-famous person does something like it, it's not as likely for pplz 2 keep it against them. James cares about his family. He's a good guy for quitting alcohol. That doesn't make him a bad guy for doing something bad. His wife is lucky to have married a man like that.
