very nice. is there any advantage to using a table object over a matrix object for drum sequences? i use a matrix because you can have more than one sample per step
using the 'hi' object i am using the xbox controller to trigger off samples and manipulating the sounds. also i'm using the analog sticks on it to control some fm synths and stuff along those lines.
hi hats sound great. How did u generate those rhythms?

what do you use to filter the sounds?
pedrowasabi 2 years ago
I'ts not a filter, it's only a pitch shifting and sampling
Strangy87 2 years ago
where did you get the sounds??
pedrowasabi 2 years ago
Are you about drum samples or fm-bass?
Strangy87 2 years ago
about the drum samples, they sound great
pedrowasabi 2 years ago

You can use "detonate" or midi files player. Sometime I use midi files recorded in ableton live.

nice. good to know i havent been using an obsolete method.
what do you use if your sequencing a synth? i personally use multisliders. with the disadvantage of it being monophonic..

wow, amazing..!!
where did you get the samples?
pedrowasabi 2 years ago
what samples do you mean?
all samples are very simple. maybe you mean effets that i get?
it generally use pitch changing and looping very small piece of sample zone. I also use very simple FM-synthesis.
Strangy87 2 years ago
ok.. so the actual sounds (the very simple sounds you use), are they in the msp library??? or what??
pedrowasabi 2 years ago
there is no samples in msp library. Read tha msp documentation, chapter FM synthesis, i use similar patch.
Other 4 samples from library (forget from which) but if you interest, i may upload it.
