What to expect during and after a hip replacement

i have hip replacement surgery but i really don't know that after surgery i will be able to walk normal or no & i heard i have to do it every after 15 years i really don't know what to do any body who did this surgery can give me some information about it so i will be thank full

I had a hip replacement on the 1st of July. What I found out was

The hospital will pad your bill as much as they can your pain pills will cost

About $9 bucks a pill and don’t let the hospital sell you anything you need at home

Because you can buy it cheaper somewhere else

I had my hip replacement surgery in September 2010 at the Palo Alto VAMC. Quite an interesting experience. I am walking much better now. I never had a pre-op class however.
