Obviously most or all of these people are innocent but no way to know for sure with so little forensics done and so few people really investigated or the apartment or vehicles
we never saw any discovery come out showing that the police did forensics in the apartment or any of the roommates vehicles or anything. From the documents that came out it looked like they did a little forensics only in the back of Tony's jeep, sprayed luminol on the back area of his jeep and on a couple pairs of shoes he had there, and inspected the back of his jeep for hair, but it seemed like that was all, no cadaver dogs taken to the apartment or any of the vehicles
In the first interview Cameron mentions that he went to Cocoa Beach for a weekend (for a birthday party) the weekend of June 17 or so. Tony says nothing, and offers very little for the timeline in the first interview, saying he can't remember anything about the timeframe because he's so busy for school etc. Later, he contacts police in this interview and one of the things he mentions is that Casey mentioned Caylee staying over in Cocoa Beach with the nanny one weekend for a birthday party
A couple of the other things that jump out are the way in the first interview Tony acts like Caylee was only at his apt maybe one time, until his roommate Cameron mentions more occasions. Then Tony says okay, but she was only here in the daytime, everyone was here, I was never alone with her, etc. (One of his roommates told media that Caylee was there a lot, up to afternoon of June 13. Nathan L said in a later police intervu that he and Cam would watch TV with Caylee while Tony and Casey slept.)
One of the weirdest thing to me about Tony and his roommates' interviews is the way none of them noticed any smell to her car, it was supposedly parked at their apartment until it was abandoned at Amscot.
to me Casey seems like she might have been drugged or had an episode of mental illness or something, maybe even had something happen to her. Her statements to police seemed very strange and confused, like she was mixing up recent weeks with things that she used to do back in 2006 and 2007. Like thinking she still worked at Universal etc. But I'm not convinced she is the one who harmed Caylee. All witnesses say she was a very good mother and caring mother and loved Caylee. No history of violence
There is a TON of misinformation here about this case. I live in Orlando - this case has been in the headlines since it happened. You don't claim to love your child unconditionally, and then take a month before you report her missing. Lazzaro and his roommates haven't lied about anything (nor do they have any reason to) - but Casey Anthony has a huge reason to lie. She did it, the cops knew it from day one, and had no reason to suspect anyone else. Stop questioning the obvious.

That just did not make sense. That whole thing of him going "undercover" to record a conversation with her brother was just absurd. In the video you can see that Lee was just frantically trying to get information to find Caylee, and Tony acts like someone who could not care less!

PPS, Circumstantial evidence does not expressly prove that the person on trial is guilty of the crime. it only INFERS that the person is guilty (EG: a receipt for a knife that the defendant purchased, thus "inferring" that the same person committed a crime with that knife.) we never saw any discovery come out showing that the police did forensics in the apartment or any of the roommates vehicles or anything. From the documents that came out it looked like they did a little forensics only in the back of Tony's jeep, sprayed luminol on the back area of his jeep and on a couple pairs of shoes he had there, and inspected the back of his jeep for hair, but it seemed like that was all, no cadaver dogs taken to the apartment or any of the vehicles

In the first interview Cameron mentions that he went to Cocoa Beach for a weekend (for a birthday party) the weekend of June 17 or so. Tony says nothing, and offers very little for the timeline in the first interview, saying he can't remember anything about the timeframe because he's so busy for school etc. Later, he contacts police in this interview and one of the things he mentions is that Casey mentioned Caylee staying over in Cocoa Beach with the nanny one weekend for a birthday party

A couple of the other things that jump out are the way in the first interview Tony acts like Caylee was only at his apt maybe one time, until his roommate Cameron mentions more occasions. Then Tony says okay, but she was only here in the daytime, everyone was here, I was never alone with her, etc. (One of his roommates told media that Caylee was there a lot, up to afternoon of June 13. Nathan L said in a later police intervu that he and Cam would watch TV with Caylee while Tony and Casey slept.)

to me Casey seems like she might have been drugged or had an episode of mental illness or something, maybe even had something happen to her. Her statements to police seemed very strange and confused, like she was mixing up recent weeks with things that she used to do back in 2006 and 2007. Like thinking she still worked at Universal etc. But I'm not convinced she is the one who harmed Caylee. All witnesses say she was a very good mother and caring mother and loved Caylee. There is a TON of misinformation here about this case. I live in Orlando - this case has been in the headlines since it happened. You don't claim to love your child unconditionally, and then take a month before you report her missing. Lazzaro and his roommates haven't lied about anything (nor do they have any reason to) - but Casey Anthony has a huge reason to lie. She did it, the cops knew it from day one, and had no reason to suspect anyone else. Stop questioning the obvious.

That just did not make sense. That whole thing of him going "undercover" to record a conversation with her brother was just absurd. In the video you can see that Lee was just frantically trying to get information to find Caylee, and Tony acts like someone who could not care less!

Circumstantial evidence IS evidence! Fingerprints, DNA, gunpowder residue, ballistics are ALL types of circumstantial evidence. "Direct evidence" includes eyewitness and line ups. It's LESS reliable than circumstantial evidence is. By LAW, circumstantial evidence is to be given the same weight as direct evidence is. Like you, the jury did Not understand that circumstantial evidence is how MOST murder cases are solved. The jury's MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW is the big problem.

Along w/all the other stuff that had been going on & seemed to be accelerating prior to Caylee's disappearance it's possible that the boiling point was reached & Caylee was the unfortunate innocent bystander. Caylee could've also started mimicking Cindy's words to Casey; I doubt there was enough self-control in that home to hold back verbal outbursts in her presence.

What makes anything that Caysee says is true. Why do we choose to belive some things and not others. I too believe that she had something to do with the death. But it seems from reading the documents, she has shown that she will say and do whatever is in her own little mind. Of course she is going to tell Toni anything to get sympathy, and used him as a boy toy who would not know all the details of the nanny Remember, Casey does nothing buy lie to everyone.

I would like to submit for "the record" my thoughts of Casey.....it is weighty, the burden of children, for young women, as you see others your own age pursue their dreams, and not be allowed to pursue your own. Casey hated her mother, HATE, cannot be quantified, hate weighs down a person. Casey, the murderer, we all know & love/hate is an expression of female guilt as we all pursue our dreams.
This case really gets to me.

I agree with you to a point however. Every woman who becomes a mother does so by choice. Choice to make the baby choice to keep the baby. Motherhood is a hard choice for everyone who makes it. You trade a big piece of your life to help build one for the child. There are things a person can do and places to go for help to deal with the pressure. It didn't have to end like this. It never has too. This case gets to every mother I think. We can understand even though it sickens us.

This was very disturbing to me. I watched, I heard her sing, I prayed & hoped that Caylee would be found alive. I cried where her little body was found and now I am mad. It's Righteous Anger. To see people trying to capitalize off of this Sociopath Casey Anthony makes matters worst.

Casey said the Father was dead, that he died in an auto accident. Therefore, he must be alive. If Caylees Father did die in an auto accident then why didn't Casey file for social security benefits or sue one of the auto insurance companies?
The FBI is testing the lab results from that auto accident with Caylee's DNA because that accident involved a DWI, blood was taken from the man that was killed in the wreck.

Cheka1009, do you mean Post-Partum Depression? Here are explanations of prefixes, and suffixes: "Prenatal Depression" is depression occuring while the baby is in utero (uterus). "Pre" means before, and "natal" means pertaining to a birth, or a relation to the birthing process.
"Post-partum" depression occurs after the baby has been born. "Post" means after, and "partum" means a bearing, or bringing forth. Caylee was three, so I don't think Depression played a part in her demise.

You have to believe in the "slickness" of Casey. There are so many theme parks in Orlando, that she could probably account for her daughter's whereabouts with a "Nanny" for MONTHS! My question, was Caylee with Grandparents these times, or WHERE? When she wasn't with Grandparents, she was WHERE? It seems clear that NO ONE EVER met or physically saw "Zanaida." Lee said he had never even heard her talk to her on the phone! Casey's irresponsbibility seems to have been growing thru 2007/08.

Small children get attached easily. Many dating people don't want to put their children through break-up issues. I know someone who's dating a few people right now (normal and legal) but there's a rule. There will be no introductions until a solid year of dating has been met.
