@aandre311 everyone has their preferences. I just installed chromium on Arch and I went back to Firefox... chrome was too slow for me personally, others may have different results. I did not like what chrome had to offer me... I will continue using Firefox until I am forced to switch to chrome because of the deal with Google and Adobe regarding Flash player.
@aandre311 "chrome is the best browser out there anyways" where is that coming from? Other than being faster it isn't good at all. Very limited browser, missing plugins, etc... Don't spread opinion, first compare browsers and then say it's best. Midori is faster than Chrome, Firefox has more plugins than any other, Opera is very stable and so on...
@Frambo96 If I remember correctly this was a request when I did this review. IF you know where I can obtain the distribution you are speaking of, please PM me a link and I will create another video to add to this one as a video response...
@LinuxSpatry He is right, this isn't the 'Chrome OS' found on the ChromeBook. What you are showing here is a cheap, constructed version of openSUSE. do a search for 'hexxeh chrome.' The first link should be right... The versions of Chrome OS you find there are much closer to the actual than what you are showing. Nice review though!
This is not Google Chrome OS..This is Chrome OS Linux by SUSE Studio if im not mistaken..the closer one to Chrome OS is Chromium OS Builds by Hexxeh..
You get basically everything you get with SUSE. I had to laugh, You searched the Control Panel for available software to install LOL. You install software the same way you would on OpenSuse.
Google Chrome OS looks nice. It doesn't seem to have found its placed yet. Not tried it myself yet but your video has sparked my curiosity so I may have a look at Google Chrome OS. Thanks :)
this is a fan made spin of Chrome OS called Chrome OS Linux built with Suse Studio mixing Chrome OS/browser features with Suse... havn't tried it it yet.... dunno if i want to either. lol. But thanx for the vid
@TheInsaneGamer25 I have a few ideas I am tossing around... I want it to be a surprise... still taking suggestions but I am not going to "let the cat come out of the bag"!
to bad chrome had to go with Gnome (Guh-nome), not much of a fan, Though i have now used any of the Suse (Su-zuh) Distros. Should be interesting

@Frambo96 I did the research before doing this review and it would not have been titled as such if it were not true.
