@maullster.... i had the same problem...a hostile, bullying older brother is one of the worst situations, especially when there's a big age gap... if he keeps pecking at you, there is only one solution...you have to do some training and kick his ass...that's what I did..and now the MF is as nice as pie....he's even so nice that I have just about forgiven him for all the ill-treatment.

i definitely never came fully out of my shell because my older brother would always be mean to me. hes still an asshole to me today (im 16 hes 22) and he tells me i need to be more confident, but he says it so meanly it has the opposite effect on me. he doesnt say how i can be better, he just says wats wrong with me

I dont really think I matter that since my own brother just told me he would starve me if i was his kid. THAT MEANS HE SAID HE RATHER HAVE ME DEAD. and 2 other people said they would rather have me dead. One of them i dont know their name, and the other one David (AKA bully).

@cotton2222 i dont think anyone should wish anyone dead, i think that if you listened to what they said, i means you care. dont listen to bully i used to be one, i was a bully, so i could pick a fight with someone with my guard up, and me being ready for their insults. i hated when someone i cared about said even the slightest things could ruin my self esteem. my brothers tell me loads of time what they would do to me if...a million word go after that sentence. YOUR NOT ALONE!!!

By the way, there are other methods, I saw a video by a Tibetan Lama tsemtulku, who shares many self-improvement methods like in Tsem Rinpoche getting JEALOUS at Mac!!!!!!, which I find surprisingly modern and related to what you are sharing. Please post more self-help videos like these on Youtube.
