Try doing a Superman Punch, a jab, an actual uppercut, and actual straight punch, a Spinning Heel Kick, An inside leg kick, a karate spinning back kick, a MMA spinning back kick, A roundhouse kick. Real take downs, double-leg take down, single-leg takedown, a judo throw, a hip toss. Real submissions, a triangle, an armbar, anaconda choke, an arm triangle, an omoplata, a gogoplata etc. Try lasting 5, 5 minute rounds. Oh you don't know how to? ok,

And BTW, punches are something to avoid as it takes a lot to be performed properly ( I mean what you are doing is shit) wrestlers should use forarm hits that is way easyer to perform safely and stiffly ! Actually, the "uppercut" made popular by Kane is not a uppercut punch, and the WWE doesn't consider it as one either. What Kane is performing is a "throat thrust", which has an uppercut motion but instead having an open palm and striking the opponent's neck (or chin in reality) with your fingers. If you look closely while watching Kane perform it, or view the move in a WWE video game, you will clearly see that Kane is performing a "throat thrust", not an uppercut.

I also use a Punch without putting my hand on the forehead of my opponent.

I raise up my fist I let my fist closed about one inch of the Forehead of my Opponent then I gonna open my hand and hit him with my open hand after I hit with my open Hand I close my hand to a fist a again so it should look like a fist Punch.

What did you thing about our Punches please let me know.

Great Explained I've learned two of those strikes in my Wrestling Club the One where you put your hand on the opponent's Forehead and then punch your hand away from the Head and I've the Uppercut.

When I hit the Uppercut I hit the Chin of my opponent with my Open hand I think this looks more like a real Uppercut the one that you're doing looks like a normal Punch to the Neck To be honest.

My buddy does use the European Uppercut he almost really hit me in the Chin and Neck.
